In partnership with PROSPECT, the GeoSat ReSeArch Lab, part of the Institute for Mediterranean Studies (IMS) at the Foundation for Research and Technology – Hellas (FORTH) and the COASTLINE Project (Coastal Zone Environment and Geo-Sciences), are pleased to announce the organization of the upcoming workshop:
“Imaging the cultural dynamics in the transition zones with geoinformatics”.
The workshop will take place at the Institute for Mediterranean Studies in Rethymno (Greece) on Thursday January 30th, 2025 and features three thematic academic sessions:
1. Satellite/Aerial/UAV remote sensing
2. Archaeological prospection
3. Maritime and underwater archaeology
